Could not connect to server

Hey guys, M unable to join any server in a gametracker, it shows the following error.
"Could not connect to server"

Plzzz guys help me out whats the solution to the problem. i tried reinstalling CS1.6 even disabled firewall options but it still shows the same error. Would be thankful to get a solution to this problem.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.

If you're non-steam you can try to:

• delete all maps from maps folder
• update your cs 1.6 patch
• update your masterserver
